The Property Ministry is holding workdays on these Saturdays starting at 9:00 AM:
October 12, and October 19.
StoryWalk and Trunk or Treat
The Level Green Presbyterian Church welcomes the community to join them on
Sunday, October 27, from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. for a free Halloween Trunk or Treat event.
All children in the community are invited and families are encouraged to dress up in
costumes. The event is fun and family friendly so please no scary or violent costumes. Kids
can trick or treat and try games at each decorated car trunk. There will also be face
painting available. Pizza, cookies, and fall flavored refreshments will be served. The event
will be held rain or shine.
Families can also explore a Fall StoryWalk during the afternoon. The StoryWalk
paths will be open on the church's front lawn and will be go at your own pace. There will
be five fall themed children's books on display to read along the autumn decorated paths.
Some of the books will be geared more towards younger children while others will
be for book lovers of all ages. The StoryWalk paths will be interactive with craft and
activity stations to try along the way. Community StoryWalks are designed to get kids
outdoors in nature and to encourage a lifelong love of reading in children.
LGPC affirms these fundamental beliefs: We believe....the Bible is the Word of God, in one God, in Jesus Christ, in the Holy Spirit, salvation is through Christ alone, the true Church is composed of all persons, the Lord Jesus Christ commands all believers to proclaim the Gospel and Jesus calls each believer to a life of service and self-giving love.
