Worship Times

We worship at 8:00am and 10:30am every Sunday morning. There are a few exceptions to this pattern. 

During the summer months of June through September we have a single service at 9:00am each Sunday morning.

We have Discipleship classes for all ages from 9:15 - 10:15am each Sunday except on those Summer Sundays where we have a single service.

 

What should I expect in worship?

We offer a "traditional” form of worship at both services. There are Bible readings, prayers, responses and hymns led by piano and organ throughout the service. The sermon will be biblical and applicable.

The two services are virtually identical with the only major difference being that the choir sings during the second service. We celebrate the Sacrment of the Lord’s Supper at least once a month.

 

What about children?

Our 10:30 service offers well-staffed child care for our youngest children. Those who are a bit older are invited to stay in the service until the special time with the Pastor when they are called forward for a Children's Message. After the children’ sermon they are dismissed to their own worship experience in Children's church. Children Church typically does not run in the Summer Services.

 

What do I wear?

There is no dress code for worship. The range of dress for our folks spans from very casual, to coats, to ties, and dresses.

 

Where should I park?

Ample parking is provided on the side and rear of the building. The main entrance to the office and sanctuary are located at the front of the building and clearly marked. Parking for handicapped and elderly people who have trouble with mobility is conveniently located at the rear right of the church. If extra help is needed, a wheel chair is available just inside the handicapped entrance. As you enter off of Olive Drive you will find first time visitor parking spaces and we invite you to use one of them on your first visit with us.
